Course Description
The requirements for this course are identical to traditional AP Government.  Instructional activities are adjusted for an online instructional setting.  There is no physical class meeting or time during the traditional school bell schedule, though some activities will be available to all enrolled students in-person during the school day.  The primary mode of instruction will be online, with the following guidelines:

  • Daily assignments and activities will require 30-90 minutes of work every school day
  • Assignments have daily due dates, and will receive individualized feedback from your teacher
  • A minimum of 60 minutes per week of in-person or digital peer collaboration will be expected
  • All common AP Government assessments and final exam will be conducted in person during the school day
  • Daily in-person office hours with the instructors will be available for all students enrolled in the course
  • In-person remediation may be required as needed or on an individual student basis with your teacher
